The ability to vibrate your penis inside of another person and/or be able to change the speed that it vibrates.

A defense mechanism in which a person or persons denies ownership of a cellphone that is loudly vibrating at an inappropriate time (ex: during class, at church, at a funeral, at an important business meeting, etc).

The class went into a state of vibradenial when the cellphone began to vibrate loudly and the teacher looked around for the culprit.

Vibranism

Use "vibranism" to describe the often-Kafkaesque African politics and governance that allows some African governments to get away with murder and which the rest of the world just cannot understand?

Vibranium, in case you have wondered, is, according to Wikipedia, a fictional metal appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics (circa 1966.)
It is most commonly known as one of the materials used to construct Captain America's shield, and it is also noted for its connection to Black Panther, as his suit is made from vibranium and is found in his native homeland of Wakanda (a fictional country in Africa.)

The incomprehensible workings of government under Robert Mugabe can be ascribed to vibranism.
