A procrastinator. Similar to jobless or unemployed. Can also used for student who attended online classes from home, while looking forward for a bright future.

My friend attended online classes for his final semester at college. Now, he staying at home and look like a bum. He's an Umarul.

umarell

/uma'rɛl/ (oo-mah-rell), n; pl. Umarells. People in a community who offer all sorts of comments to those who are trying to get some work done, but who are not doing any work themselves.

Umarell is a word that entered Italian slang in Bologna and is spreading to nearby towns, occasionally even across Italy. It comes from the Bolognese for "cute/odd little man".

"Umarells" are those people, usually retired men, who spend time watching construction works, often holding their hands behind their back, occasionally commenting on what is going on, sometimes trying to tell the workers what to do.

"Everybody's telling me how I should organize the concert and nobody lifts a finger."

An Umaru is a wonderful and amazing person in public with attributes such as intelligence, social skills, and beauty, but when alone, they are a piece of shit. When alone, they will transform into decrepit creatures standing at about 2"8. They are lazy AF and only consume cola and potato chips. Their hobbies include: playing video games, bugging their older sibling, and consuming shit.
