This was a word made up in my family- we came up with this word when we didn’t feel like giving a long drawn out answer when asked a question, or used it to mean anything

Hey what’s this? Tushki!

Hand me that tushki. ....It's now up to the person you are talking to to guess which "tushki" you are referring to.
