To go faster than really fast. This is based on the stereotype that black people can run fast.

Derived from the latin term Turbois Negruptis which translates to fast and swift moving dark man. Mostly can be used to describe a black man when he is running fast because he is playing basketball or carrying his neighbors plasma TV. All black men have the ability to be a turbo negro due to the 3 extra tendons in their leg.
