turbo negro 

Derived from the latin term Turbois Negruptis which translates to fast and swift moving dark man. Mostly can be used to describe a black man when he is running fast because he is playing basketball or carrying his neighbors plasma TV. All black men have the ability to be a turbo negro due to the 3 extra tendons in their leg.
