Toministic is when an individual becomes like Tom not a pessimistic and not an optimistic but a toministic. (Tom-a-nis-tic)

We weren't sure if things were turning out good or bad and then Tom showed up and everything was toministic.

Tominitis

The inflammation (swelling) of one's cerebral cortex as a result of micromanagement by Tom. There is no known cure at the time of this post.

Symptoms: Do you often feel like a mouse? Do you find yourself with constant migraines?

Manager: Where is my update?
Employee: I am not working on that project.
Manager: I need to know everything...I need to understand
Employee: I think I am coming down with Tominitis
