A mixture of the word titty and viagra. Used when something so diabolical happens it’s enough to ruin your day. Created by a PGH Native also know as Firecreek. This word is often used by itself after hearing bad news.

Person 1: Dude my dog got it in with my wife last night. I knew I shouldn’t be working the night shift.

Person 1: Yeah I know good thing I got her spayed.
