The Ghetto Strip 

A nine mile long strip from Tilton, Illinois to Georgetown, Illinois. Several video poker gaming parlors have opened up in an already financially depressed area. Along with a few massage parlors, video poker signs and LED lights everywhere give off a trashy vibe to make you feel like you're in the ghetto of Las Vegas.
