Day Teety Ball

Teety Ball is a game adjacent to four square, also known as nine square (a.k.a nine square in the air). When played during the day, it is referred to as ‘Day Teety Ball’. It can also be referred to as ‘DTB’. Day Teety Ball is the daytime counterpart of Afternoon and Night Teety Ball.
Michael: I can’t believe they made us play Teety Ball during Phys. Ed!

Jason: Wait, was it Day Teety Ball or Afternoon Teety Ball?

Michael: Ohh, right. It was Day Teety Ball.

Night Teety Ball

Night Teety Ball is the original variant of Teety Ball. Teety Ball is a game adjacent to four square, also known as nine square (a.k.a nine square in the air). It can also be referred to as ‘NTB’. In this game, there are nine elevated squares which the players stand under. Anywhere between three and nine players can compete to reach the center square. Whoever does this is the winner (as long as they don’t hit the ball out of bounds). It’s only called Night Teety Ball when it is played at night. During the daytime or afternoon, it’s called Day Teety Ball or Afternoon Teety Ball. There’s a common misconception that this game relates to nine-ball, but it does not.
Jake: Who wants to play Night Teety Ball? It’s like four square… but better!

Afternoon Teety Ball

Teety Ball is a game adjacent to four square, also known as nine square (a.k.a nine square in the air). It can also be referred to as ‘ATB’ or ‘Noon Teety Ball’. When referring to it as the latter, it must not be called ‘NTB’, as that is the abbreviation for Night Teety Ball. Afternoon Teety Ball is the afternoon counterpart of Day and Night Teety Ball.
James: Who wants to play some NTB?

Will: Night Teety Ball? Awesome!

James: No, Noon Teety Ball.

Will: When you abbreviate Noon Teety Ball you have to call it ATB, or else it gets confused with Night Teety Ball. We’re talking about Afternoon Teety Ball here.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
