Tardcase

When you want to sound (ironically) stupid over text so you spam the shift key as you type to get a random assortment of capital and lowercase letters.

This is very common when someone doesn’t have an good argument during a debate over the internet, so they resort to mocking using the format described.

Chad: Imagine watching all the socialist dictatorships fail, killing between 100 and 200 million people, being left with Cuba, North Korea, and Venezuela, and still thinking there's a chance.
