A person who spents a remarkable amount of time with his head on the ground. Someone who passes out easily and/or often due to alcohol, drugs or beatings. Also a homeless person living in the worst way without the ambition to improve.

That jerk tasted the street again. If he can't stand it, he should drink less. What a street taster!

1. An economist or investor who claims to know when the stock market has "bottomed out" based on inside information or a unique set of obscure metrics. 2. Someone who tells you to "get back in the market" because the turnaround has begun. 3. A charlatan.

Ted says we should start buying stock again because the semi-conductor market is firming up in Taiwan. He's one of those Turnaround Tipsters on CNBC.

pie taster 

Generally regarded as a man, although some women also enjoy it as well, who takes pride, and gets tremendous enjoyment out of orally satisfying his woman. A truly good "pie taster" has an amazing ability with his tongue, lips, and yes, even his nose, to always satisfy a woman. To the "pie taster", the sweet taste and fragrance is only beat by the woman's reaction - physically and orally (as in moaning and groaning). Pure pleasure for both people, if done properly. A true "pie taster" causes his woman and himself as well to lose track of time - the only time limit is her ability to continue...

A true "pie taster" always dreams of a true cherry pie. Regardless of that fact or dream, he is always ready to enjoy any kind of pie - except maybe a “cowpie”, but you never know about that either.

For ESL people who lives in Brasil we like to use the word Top to adjectivate something or someone which is the best of something Like examples below:
1.This restaurant is top

2.My girlfriend is top

However Topster came with a mix of comparative and superlative of this by Brazilians English Speakers adjective kind of word,like examples below:
1.This restaurant is the topster

2.My girlfrind is the topster

1.Dude,of course I want to bang that girl but she told me she will only go out for dinner with me if I take her to the topster restaurant in town and I am flat broken.
2.My father promised me that if I get into college he will give me the topster BMW 's model .

Tipster 

An attendee to Duke University's Talent Identification Program and had to have scored above a 540 in Math or Verbal on their SATs. Ages ranging from 13 to 17.

The tipster spent most of his time studying and was able to snag a 700 on his Verbal SATs at the age of 14.
