A rare disease only a few people in the world have. The disease is not active unless you get in contact with Alcohol, weed or punani. The person who is carrying the disease grows a very long penis in a short time, and all his confidence and pride is coming from his penis. You can only get infected by the disease by getting raped by the carrier, but there is a big chance that the a guy with swanflu will do that!

Symptoms:
Puking and pooping random places at parties.
Peeing while walking.
Violent.

Swankles

When you have a long night out drinking and the next morning you have the alcohol diarrhea. Swankles occurs when you have liquid hot magma coming out for such a long period of time, that you start taking off clothes from sweating. Eventually you have to take your pants/shorts off from around your ankles due to excess sweating. The result is swankles.

Playing beer pong last night gave me swankles today.
