natural Deaf way of being
Signed languages

for economic and ideological control through the supremacy of listening, speaking, written and signed English
How? Linguistic & cultural marginalization and destruction of the Deaf cultures and signed languages.

Oralism can be seen as a totalitarian form of surdinalism of the Deaf people, banning signed languages and mass firing of Deaf teachers from Deaf schools.

zombie survivalism 

The theory that with good preparation, you can defend yourself and live through the zombie apocalypse. Proponents may take concrete steps to be ready by installing extra security around the home, stockpiling provisions, plus purchasing firearms and four-wheel-drive vehicles.

Teen son: "Dad, can we remove the stairs in our house? Zombies can't climb."

Counter-survivalism

An ideology based on the belief that humanity is actively working against itself as a species to the extent that it has a detrimental effects on our chances of survival. Therefore, it dictates, present human society is following a counter-survivalist ideology. The term was coined by M.H. in her study of invasive species and the relation between science and society during her years at SciencesPo.
