To conspire with ones friends in an attempt to strategically urinate in public without being noticed.

My buddies formed a circle around me so I could urinate amongst the see of passers buy. It took a little strapeegery to pull it off, but we got hit done!

George W Bush's attempt to make a better America. It's a joke I like to say from time to time, in a stereotypical southern accent. I like Bush in real-life, but seriously, it is fun to rip into his accent and how he makes up words. ^_^
