A state of mind or feeling of being flustered, irritated and impatient a ones-self. A cycle of self depreciation and self sabotage stopping you from experiencing new ways of doing and experiencing things.

I just couldn't get the writing done, I was just so stosseled up.

He is an very goofy, kind, sweet, and handsome person. He’s an great rapper and he has Jamaican in him which makes him even more hotter, especially when he talks in his Jamaican voice. He loves all of his slimes or mucus and he will and always will represent him, his mucus’s, and XXXTENTACION (Jahseh Onfroy), his best friend and vrotha, any and everywhere he goes.

The act of smoking weed when you are lonely to achieve a high that will make the loneliness not so bad.

Paul's family and girlfriend were out of town and he was home all alone, he couldn't think of anything better to do so he smoked some herb weed and became very stonely. Everything was then OK.
