sertivity

Sertivity is a short moment in communication when assertiveness begins to turn into aggressiveness. The subject raises his voice, clenches his fists, but is not determined to take any action, neither aggressive nor calming the situation. Sertive people are those who have enough self-confidence to be assertive. They try, but it's not enough for assertiveness.
Sertivity! Typical of you when I want to agree with you or when I don't!
