People who refuse to create their own profile on various social media platforms such as, facebook, twitter, etc.

A: 'How come you didn't invite Seb for your party tomorrow?'
B: 'I did invite him'
A: 'He's not attending your event on facebook though..'
B: 'Yeah, he doesn't have a profile'
A: 'Ugh, he's such an anti-socialmedialite'

A socialmedialite is a person who participates in social media, spends a significant amount of time promoting themselves at fashionable events and promoting themselves through social media channels.

A social media darling.

The socialmedialite checked in upon arriving at the Gala. He was sure to update his Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and FriendFeed status through the night.
