A term used to label a foolish individual who has recently acted in a comically unintelligent manner.

A: "Look, that guy just locked himself out of his house"

The area of skin located on the hinge of the underside of the kneecap. Instead of having to say "in middle of the back of my leg" or "underneath my knee joint", you can now simply say snubem.

Analogous to the visual spy- peeping tom.

I accidentally pocket dialed Al, but instead of hanging up he creeping skubel'd me and stayed on the phone for several minutes.
