The hangover like symptoms one receives when they bank on not having school, class, work, etc. the next day due to an incoming snowstorm. This is caused by staying up too late, not studying for an exam, or not doing your homework and by falsely represented snow fore castings by uninformed weathermen.
Person 1: Dude, you look like shit.
Person 2: You're telling me. I have a Snowover. 2-5 inches my ass.
Person 1. That sucks. God damn weathermen....

snowverdose

An overdose of wintery weather. Major signs of a snowverdose include cabin fever, grouchy behavior, and fighting among family members.
All these slick roads, lack of class cancellation, and ominous reports from the weatherman are likely to give me a snowverdose.

Snowverkill

When the local news outlets make an average snowfall look like it's going to be the end of the world.
The local news station said we were going to be hit with a monster blizzard but that was total snowverkill because we only got a dusting.

snowverreact

A media hyped response to upcoming snowfall where people irrationally panic about the impending storm. Typically accompanied by school, work and road closings before the snow has even begun to fall. Frequently, the snowverreaction is followed by a lower-than-forecasted accumulation.
The news headlines claiming the blizzard of the century was coming caused everyone to snowverreact and shut down everything before the snow even began to fall.
