Snivvy

This is Northeast Philadelphia slang, used by one particular family, for the paper/plastic coated wire twist-tie commonly found on the bag of a loaf of bread.

I need to close the bread, and cannot find the snivvy to twist it closed.

Adjective used to describe someone who loves to use sarcasm daily.

Bobby is such a snivvy I can't tell when he is being serious.
