Pronounced 'skit-teh-mitt--teh-fied'.
To be skitimitified would mean to be full of yourself. It means you would be so far up your own arse, people couldn't tell where you begin and where you end, just being a genuine ballbag. This word is used mostly in Ulster, Ireland, but not often in casual conversation.
