When you sleep an entire day and wake up by drinking air, only to find that a reddit user has asked if you are drunk because you posted a screenshot of your desktop.

Means very very very tired, This word is the superlative of the word “Schlumped.”
It was first used when someone had to explain just how tired they were, and schlumped didn’t do it justice.
