A guy, or trans masculine individual that wears skirts or dress like clothing without the intention of looking feminine or female.

A femboy is not a skirt boy

Boy: Darrell's been walking around wearing skirts for a while now... is he like femboy or something

NB Person: I've heard he's calling himself a skirt boy, and doesn't want to be grouped together with femboys, don't really know the difference myself.

t-shirt boys 

\ ˈtē-ˌshərt ˈbȯis\ n. A member of a volunteer or paid-call fire department who never shows up to training. This member also never responds to calls, even though they may be less than a mile from the call. These members are just in it for the fire department t-shirt.

Well it's Thursday and none of the t-shirt boys have showed up for training.

There was a call one block away from one of the t-shirt boys house and he didn't even respond when Active 911 showed him as being home.

Shirt a girl wears that belong to her boyfriend and therefore most likely 10x larger than her body size. May also stink with sweat or possess an overpowering smell of cologne depending on her boyfriend's hygiene.
