Joe means Joe Burrow, who is an American quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals and mostly all of the time joe just simply does not give a single damn about your nfl defense and will perform shiesty maneuvers on the other teams defense. Sometimes resulting in players wives saying the refs must’ve won the game for them.
