A combination of SHIT and YEAH. Often used as a positive affirmation/confirmation. Not quite a swear word, but not socially acceptable either.

Frank: Hey Aaron, can you be my wingman? I'm trying to tune this chick.

Aaron: SHICHYEAH!!!
