Shawinigan Handshake
Shawinigan Handshake is the epithet given to a chokehold executed on February 15, 1996 by Jean Chrétien, then Prime Minister of Canada, on anti-poverty protester Bill Clennett. The phrase comes from Chrétien's birthplace of Shawinigan, Quebec, as the former prime minister often styled himself the "little guy from Shawinigan".

Shawnika is a star.... she burns brighter than any other. She will shine her light on everything she touches. Never let her go. She is the most loyal, good hearted, giving, spontaneous, also crazy!
She needs time to herself to sort through her overthinking. She is successful because she gives everything she does full effort. She is only going to deal with real people who deserve the light. So take off the shades so you can shine too. When you meet a Shawnika it’s a once in a lifetime moment that you should do whatever you can to make yours. As a friend, spouse, boss.... she will be sure everyone around her is happy.
Love her back she needs it. She had been drained from her loyalty... she needs people like her.
