A man that is considered to be good at absolutely nothing. Mostly not having anything like a job, car, or a place to live and is not willing to do so.

Why do you bother with these scrubtastic dudes. They don't want to work, and expect you to take care of them.

A word you would use to describe someone who tries to sound cool by bragging about something nobody cares about

Player: "Did you see the Heat beat the Celtics yesterday?"

Scrub: "No, but I bet you noobs don't know who won the volleyball championship."
