It was generally created as a low key way to say let’s go smoke weed but it also means to party or turn up some people just yell it out cuz it’s a fun word to say or if ur hyped and you see a friend they would yell Scooo!! Typically followed by the scoo hand sign 🤙🏻

If your in class or in front of parents on the phone you would say to a friend “hey bro you tryna go scoo in a lil?” Ya bro I’m down let’s go scoo at that one spot!

If you see a friend walking by on campus you would yell Scooooo! And They would yell it back
