The idea that cringe cannot exist in a vacuum, and once it is observed it changes to either cringe or based instantly and irreversibly
For example, two friends doing furry role play alone together but since no one else is there to see it they cannot be cringe nor based

Drew :“Lilli and Myah in 8th grade were a total example of Schrodinger’s cringe.”
Isaac: “yeah they had no idea how annoying they were”
