to Scheibel something. a verb. often used in work environments to describe behavior or events that are not of the norm. becoming more popular as face book grows and is probably illegal in most states. accept the dirty ones like Kentucky or Philadelphia , new Delaware or regular Carolina. probably of a sexual nature or with bad intentions or lack of well thought out results.
a man hitting on a women that is not intrested but still feels the need to make her creeped out can be said that he is Scheibeling
