During the cutscenes of The Lost and Damned, he was obviously added in after they were finished as he rarely has dialogue nor facial animations when he appears and even clips through people or warps through the scene. He furthermore does not interact with anyone and does not contribute anything to the scene or even the overall plot itself. During gameplay he is for the most part a normal person.

She's smart and kind and has a particular affinity for card games. She's able to make friends with seemingly anyone and yet refuses to accept a compliment, even though her face is gorgeous.
