Salsafication 

A term that the (now-closed) Mexican chain Chi-Chi's tried to trademark in 2001. Allegedly, the term is supposed to just mean "to add salsa to" or "to spice up." They were denied the trademark, and only three years later, Chi Chi's closed all American stores after causing the largest hepatitis A outbreak in US history. Seems like they "salsafied" those poor customers a bit too hard.

The unique musical arrangement of salsa, hip hop & jazz coined by the Latin/HipHop band La Vida Buena in Austin, TX.

For example, Salsafication is a result of covering popular songs like Gin and Juice and Rolling in the Deep and arranging them into a salsa version. Which will leave you wondering if Snoop Dogg could be half Cuban or Adele, a secret member of the Buena Vista Social Club.

The unholy ritual where a perfectly fine one-time purchase software gets sacrificed to the subscription gods, forcing companies to pay monthly for what used to be theirs forever. Symptoms include sudden charges, constant "Pro Version" pop-ups, and an existential crisis over whether you really need another $9.99/mo service to rotate PDFs.

The in-house solution was working perfectly, so naturally the managers opted for SaaSification of the program

Sansification

When one misinterpretation of something becomes so popular and widespread that the attempted course correction ends up going to the complete opposite extreme. This comes from the fanon characterization of Sans, going from an Angsty edgelord to a one dimensional joke character.
