The feeling you get when you feel incredibly stupid for saying and/or doing an action which reflects how retarded you truly are. The person who has called "Saldy Balls" on said stupid person must do a hand motion which includes rubbing your fingers together, like sprinkling salt, and using your bottom hand as if you were rubbing your balls.

When a male spills a hot beverage on his crotch, or sits down in a very, VERY hot bath, he is said to have the excruciatingly painful (and potentially fatal) medical condition known as "Scaldyballs".

I spilled coffee on my lap, and I now have scaldyballs.
