A term used to describe an epic and hysteric fangirl of Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney's pick for vice president. The term originated during the 2012 election season on Tumblr. They are an extremely wild bunch that like to post usually inappropriate comments on pictures of Paul Ryan. Most notable Ryanistas are paulryanafterdark, paulryanperfection, paulryanletmeloveyou, paul-ryan-girl, and paulryandeficitslayer. Go and look at their Tumblr pages, if you dare.
