Rouxls Kaard pronounced as Rules Card is an antagonist appearing in the game Deltarune by Toby Fox. He is first encountered in the Card Castle in Deltarune Chapter One, and he returns in Chapter Two, trying to work for Queen.

Rouxls Kaard has a couple soundtracks in Deltarune, called Rouxls Kaard and It's Pronounced "Rules".
