Role MOMdel (noun):
A mother who inspires, encourages, and uplifts other moms by leading with love, strength, authenticity, and grace. She isn't perfect, but she sets an example through her perseverance, compassion, and realness — reminding others that motherhood is a journey best traveled together.

You are such a role MOMdel I swear you do it all and without complaining. I can't wait to have kids so I can be a mom just like you.

Tina is my role MOMdel, she has her own business, doesn't use a nanny, helps with carpool and still has time to prepare dinner every night. I swear she is superwoman.

role model 

a person who sets a good example and someone who shows younger kids how to act. They truly care about the kids who look up to them and always make sure to help them out or make them feel special. They inspire everyone around them with their good attitude. role models are amazing!
