Words you can keep
To perform a dangerous or extreme maneuver while driving a car, usually involving a moving U-turn, particularly while in heavy traffic.

Derived from the cool 70’s television private detective show: Rockford Files, staring James Gardner. He drove a Firebird.
I missed my turn so I had to do 'a Rockford' in the middle of the street.

The traffic is stopped in this lane. Hang 'a Rockford' and go another way.

A small picturesque town in west Michigan home to the fierce Rockford Rams. Grad classes are upwards of six hundred and every team is number one in the state thanks to steroids. Because Rockford is perfect, any flunker, flunkie, and pregnant girl is redirected to the nearby school, river "retard" valley. Nine out of ten families are rich, conservative republicans while the rest are democrats. The school is 99.4% Caucasian, and black kids are celebrities. The cops hate the kids, because every last one is stoned. Rockford is home to the biggest marijuana trade in west michigan. Teachers only like you if you've made varsity by playing before you could walk.
Look at that Rockford kid!
Will he give us free weed if we apologize that he bears the burden of being a Ram?

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
