Coined by a 4 year old boy trying to talk his dad into a game and jumping in the pool after work. Dad was all tired and the boy said come on dad it will make you feel Rock-starry.

2) Doing something which makes you the center of attention to all those around you.

Often involves wearing sunglasses indoors or at night.
