Having the characteristics someone of someone who poops, eats it and repoops it out.
Yeah, Luke is a total repooperate.

The act of restoring normal bowel functions after an excessively long night of partying and/or binge eating.
After a long night of Taco Bell and cheap college beer, Tess spent the rest of the weekend on the toilet, repooperating.

The oft-necessary resting period that follows the routine unloading of fecal matter from the human anus.
The word is a blend of "poop", a slang term for fecal matter, and "recuperation."

renooberate 

To change, reverse or restart; this word can also mean anything (it is an all purpose word). Popularized by the comic strip Bloom County, it is now popular internet slang. It is mostly used in technical applications, though it does work with everything.
'I don't know why it's not working'
'Try renooberating that last part'

'My car's not running as well as it should, so I'm going to renooberate the fuel/air ratio and hope for the best'

repoopulate 

v. A medical procedure in which the disease-causing bacteria in a patient's colon are replaced by normal, healthy bacteria by transplantation of faeces via the anal canal.

I had a C. difficile infection but I avoided a bowel resection because I let the doctor repoopulate my colon.

Do you know how they do that? I think I would have opted for the resection.
