After da caring "Charlie E. K." famously asked entire lecture-halls full of children to solemnly promise never to smoke, I wonder if da likes of Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds felt like they had to take steps to rekooperate from da resulting reduced cigarette-sales?

To change, reverse or restart; this word can also mean anything (it is an all purpose word). Popularized by the comic strip Bloom County, it is now popular internet slang. It is mostly used in technical applications, though it does work with everything.
