What you hafta do after being shut up indoors for too long.
My horses hate being stuck in da barn during da winter, so during warmer spells and as early as possible in the spring, I always open da stall-doors and give them lots of outdoor frolic-time to recooperate.

To change, reverse or restart; this word can also mean anything (it is an all purpose word). Popularized by the comic strip Bloom County, it is now popular internet slang. It is mostly used in technical applications, though it does work with everything.
