Questimation Mark 

This is used when someone asks a very important question. It is the use of a question mark and an exclamation point.
Mary, are you pregnant?!
No but that was a good use of a Questimation Mark.

Questimation Mark 

The punctuation mark in which there is one or more question marks followed by one or more exclamation points. Usually used for emphasis.
Usage of Questimation Mark:

-- WTF?!?!?!

-- OMG REALLY????!!!!!????!!!

guestimation

A guestimation is an entirely useless term that resides between guess and estimation.
Know>estimate>guess>unknown
Dude 1: My guestimation is about $1,500 for that car.
Dude 2: ?

questulation 

A statement that is both a question and an exclamation. It has an accompanying mark which was rejected for actual implementation in the English language by the Man.
"Really?!" is a questulation.

The use of both an exclamation point and a question mark together to convey astonishment.
When texting/emailing....
Friend one: I can't believe he hasn't called me!
Friend two: I know! WTF?!
Friend one: Seriously?!

guestimation

Half way between a guess and and an estimation.
Guy1: You were right! Edouard really is an idiot!
Guy2: So, my guestimations were correct! I knew it from the very beginning!
