A man of homosexual persuasion, often flaunting their queerness by wearing/carrying a woman's garment such as a purse or fanny pack.

1. Someone who is definitively useless;
2. Used to denote that one is as useful as a sack used to capture queefs.
(Essentially the upgrade (or downgrade) from douchebag but not as important as a motherfucker)
