1. Someone who is definitively useless;
2. Used to denote that one is as useful as a sack used to capture queefs.
(Essentially the upgrade (or downgrade) from douchebag but not as important as a motherfucker)

Queefsicle

When it's really cold outside, and a girl queefs. The air from the queef produces the "smoke" you see when you take a breath and it is cold outside. At this moment you point, and laugh your ass off.

Ok your outside hanging out with some friends.... all of the sudden "Katy" (or any girl) queefs. You then see the "smoke" you turn to your friends and say. "Holy shit bro did you just see that queefsicle?" At that moment you all point and laugh.
