When you are either sick with the flu or hungover and feel an uncontrollable urge to puke, get on all fours, and because of the force of the puke, shit your pants.

My stomach was killing me and my head was spinning. I got down on my knees to hug the toilet because my glands were swelling and my mouth was salivating.
