Promiscuous
A person that lives a life of promiscuity is someone that's considered 'promiscuous' - meaning they are very sexually loose and not at all bothered about remaining loyal to one sexual partner.
E.g A man that can't go to a bar without ending up sunk to the nuts inside someone else by the end of the night, or a woman that can't keep her legs closed and hands sex out on a platter to others. A slut, basically.
Also the name of a 2006 mainstream song by Nelly Furtado featuring Timbaland.

Promiscuous Surrender
Event that occurs when senior management sets up a company for sale, and races to sell it to anyone as fast as possible, so that they can paid out on a change-of-control clause in their employment contracts. Antonym of, or opposite of, a Hostile Takeover. Commonly executed by incompetent senior management in over their heads in terms of business challenges.
Our CEO, a supposedly good salesman, could not increase sales during his six year stint, so he cut costs and performed a promiscuous surrender so he could score a $50 million payout for himself. And we are not getting bonuses this year. What a flaming asshole.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
