Poor Boy is someone who is wicked fuckin poor. Mother is usually a drunkin whore and has a douchebag of a boyfriend. He doesnt take shit from anybody and is a complete wise ass. the name of a sandwich sold at Shaw's (?) that my dad bought on a road trip once. He was really, really, really hungry, and got all excited cause that was all they had to eat, and he bit into it, and the lettuce was wilted, tomatoes gross... you get the point. He completely lost it, and screamed that he would get revenge, lol!!!!

A upper-middle class or upper-class teenage boy that despite being born with wealth, he still feels empty, probably has a bad relationship with his parents, does not value the education he has, takes refuge in drugs or gambling, is the boyfriend of a frivolous girl who does not really love him or may also pay girls to be with him, may be vigorexic product of the low self-esteem he has and ends up marrying an unscrupulous golddigger.
