Noun. An insult used to refer to someone who tries too hard in order to compensate for something lacking (i.e. trying to be cool; i.e. Carson Daly). It is often associated with a decreased mental capacity. One of the most vicious insults that can be bestowed upon a fellow human being.
Poontangerang is poontang that you try to throw away, but it just keeps on coming back.
