Nipple Pocket

A Nipple Pocket is when someone has a flap of skin removed from their Rear End and stitched onto their chest. Since this would cover the nipple, The nipple is removed and stitched onto the front of the pocket or skin pouch.

Person 1: Can you hold my metrocard?
Person 2: Sure, I'll put it in my Nipple Pocket.
