Plutoligarchy

Portmanteau of plutocracy (rule of the wealthy) and oligarchy (rule of the few). Rule of the wealthy few. plutoligarchs have a lot of political influence and can get the legislature to legislate laws for their benefit. They also usually spend a massive amount of money on advertisements the like to influence the opinions of commonfolk. In these kinds of governments, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Plutoligarchy can cross from corporatism (aka capitalism) to communism.

America is a plutoligarchy. China is a plutoligarchy. Cuba is a plutoligarchy. The UK is a plutoligarchy. Most countries, if not all, are ruled by a small amount of people with lots of dough.

two spiky aliens from pluto who frequently appear on aqua teen hunger force. oglethorpe (orange) is the angry one who wants to rule the world. he has a heavy german accent. emory (green) is the laid-back one who doesn't want any trouble. they have smoked weed, stolen cable tv, and tried to create a clone of master shake. they also fight the mooninites in "spacecataz" at the beginning of the newer episodes. both are named after universities in atlanta.

Frylock: Is there maybe a higher brain form that I could speak with?

Oglethorpe: Nein! We are on a top-secret mission of world domination!

Frylock: World domination? You guys couldn't take over a damn bowl of Jell-o.

Emory: Is that, like, an important place or something?

Oglethorpe: WHERE IS IT?

plutonian man

A man who comes from another planet; unlike Mars where most men come from and Venus where most women come from. These men don't subscribe to the typical man/woman dynamics in relationships and have unique belief systems and behavior practices regarding women and the courting relationship. In addition, they tend to not follow proven practices that work in any form regarding females, business or life in general and pave their own way. Most of the time, they cause a decent amount of chaos in the process of working towards a goal but inevitably reach the end goal successfully. They carve their own path in life and confuse everyone in the process causing many to adopt excessive drinking habits to cope with the confusion. These men do it the hard way, but their own way.
